Account Specialist – High Net Worth Clients

About the role

We are looking for an Account Specialist to manage an exclusive portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals worldwide. You will use email, phone and Telegram to build lasting relationships and ensure clients receive top‑tier digital wealth services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with elite private clients across the globe.
• Align client needs with our financial products to maximize account revenue.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
• Identify and act on opportunities to deliver additional value and expand the client base.
• Keep Salesforce records accurate and current for reporting purposes.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for digital assets, DeFi and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
