Account Coordinator (French & English Speaking)

About the role

Emapta is recruiting an Account Coordinator (French and English speaking) for its client, a leading North American facilities services provider with nearly 20 years of experience in Canada and the United States. The role coordinates facilities requests, maintains service momentum and supports cross-border customer success. It is an onsite day-shift position in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on an indefinite-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client calls and emails to prepare quotes, process orders and coordinate dispatches nationwide.
• Research and identify the equipment or specialists needed for each request and coordinate the appropriate services.
• Provide courteous, informative customer support with a thorough understanding of the company's services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve significant client concerns, including delays and service delivery issues.
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, monitor job progress and address concerns promptly.
• Participate in limited, compensated on-call service rotations as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service or a similar role.
• Fluency in French.
• Customer-focused, service-first approach, outgoing and team-oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new software and systems.
