About the role

Coastline Finshore Partners is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Lawyer to join its legal team. The role offers the opportunity to develop legal expertise while working autonomously on a variety of matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and legal filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.
• Prepare clear and concise legal memoranda and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) or recent graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a legal environment, including roles as a legal assistant or paralegal.
• Excellent written communication and strong analytical abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of RD$35,000 plus statutory benefits.
• Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• On‑site work environment.
