About the role

The firm seeks a Legal Specialist to support strategic projects across real estate, energy, industrial and tourism sectors. You will work in a consultative environment, providing legal guidance that adds value to client assets and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic projects and provide legal advice for real estate, energy, industrial and tourism initiatives.
• Represent clients in hearings, litigation, regularization, land surveys and other legal procedures.
• Draft reports, contracts and contribute to the development of technical and legal strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of lawyers, surveyors, architects and engineers.
• Manage client relationships, lead cases and attend technical and strategic meetings.

Required profile

• Law degree; master’s or specialization in Real Estate Law is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in real estate law.
• Active membership in the Dominican Bar Association.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the country.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal research tools such as SIRCEA and SURE.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth.
• Experience using AI tools for consulting and support purposes.
