About the role

We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join our leading Dominican law firm. The professional will manage full judicial and arbitration cases, from initial analysis to enforcement, providing comprehensive legal support to corporate and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file complaints, answers, motions and other court documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and represent clients in hearings, trials and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal practice groups to align defenses across commercial, civil, labor and criminal matters.
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files and databases.
• Communicate case progress and outcomes to clients in a clear and timely manner.

Required profile

• Law degree and bar admission in the Dominican Republic.
• Proven experience handling litigation and judicial procedures.
• Strong analytical, argumentative and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate within a team.
