About the role

The Legal Management Lawyer is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of credit files, both secured and unsecured, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft daily contracts and promissory notes for credit files, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
• Prepare contract addenda and notarized promissory notes for the Sales Channel and Recovery area.
• Review corporate documents and issue legal reports for the Sales Channel.
• Conduct daily property searches in the SURE system to verify liens and encumbrances on real‑estate guarantees.
• Validate powers of attorney related to mortgage credit requests and verify apostilles through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Authorize inclusion, exclusion, and unification of signatories and product profiles in the core banking system.
• Validate and approve modifications of sensitive data in the banking core.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar legal functions.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, real‑estate jurisdiction rules, and DGII directives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written communication and orthography.
