Principal Caribbean Cluster Lead – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head the Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) team for the Caribbean cluster. Based in Santo Domingo (or Miami), you will act as a trusted business advisor, guiding client engagements across consulting, data analytics, marketing services, and program management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to deliver best‑in‑class insights and project deliverables.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise, identify creative solutions, and ensure business‑focused recommendations.
• Own mid‑ to senior‑level client relationships, proactively managing agendas and risks.
• Manage and grow a sizable team in Santo Domingo and Miami, mentoring junior teammates and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Shape Mastercard’s future service offerings and act as a thought partner for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Inspirational leader with a proven record of leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Extensive consulting experience; familiarity with payments or financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to drive value‑focused outcomes.
