Customer Experience Advisor

About the role

The Customer Experience Advisor will join a high‑performing contact centre in the Dominican Republic, delivering world‑class service to banking customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring each interaction is resolved efficiently and positively while supporting the bank’s financial‑wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, thorough, and timely responses to customer inquiries, including balance checks, transaction details, and product information.
• Promote a customer‑focused culture by deepening relationships and leveraging the bank’s knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial well‑being through needs‑based offers and promotions, adhering to global sales and compliance standards.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, risk‑management frameworks, anti‑money‑laundering regulations, and data‑privacy requirements.
• Contribute to meeting service‑level agreements and operational efficiency targets.

• Understanding of banking risk culture and the ability to apply risk appetite in daily decisions.
