About the role

Join a team of top‑class professionals who create value for local and international clients. As a Senior/Consultant in the Valuation team you will assess companies, real estate and a wide range of tangible and intangible assets, providing key financial insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare financial models and business plans for valued companies and projects.
• Analyse financial results, business models and key company drivers.
• Select appropriate valuation methods, build valuation models and set discount rates.
• Prepare valuation reports, expert opinions and other client deliverables.
• Lead parts of projects and coordinate junior colleagues.
• Prepare offers, presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Analyse market data from local and global databases and identify relevant trends.
• Collaborate closely with M&A and Financial Due Diligence teams on complex transactions and advisory projects.
• Utilise modern technologies, automated tools (UpSlide) and AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot) in daily work.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant valuation experience.
• Experience preparing financial models, business plans and conducting financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic corporate valuation methods.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take responsibility for delivery.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Excellent communication in Czech and English.
• Analytical thinking, ability to formulate recommendations and present conclusions to clients.
• Professional demeanor, proactive attitude and desire to further develop expertise.
