Remote Appointment Setter (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, sales‑oriented Appointment Setter based in Latin America to join our fully remote team. You will engage inbound leads through chat, qualify prospects quickly, and move conversations toward booked appointments or offers while collaborating with AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via chat and messaging platforms, aiming for replies within 30 seconds.
• Build rapport with prospects and guide conversations toward appointments or offers.
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Monitor AI‑generated conversations and intervene when human interaction is required.
• Keep conversations organized, follow up with leads, and collaborate to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America and available to work 40 hours per week during PST or EST business hours.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar.
• Highly responsive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote‑work setup.
• Experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, or live chat is a strong advantage.

• Comfort using AI tools and adapting to new technologies.
