Patient Recruiter – Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Patient Recruiter drives enrollment for multiple clinical studies by identifying, engaging, and guiding prospective participants through the recruitment process. Acting as the primary point of contact, the recruiter ensures each candidate receives clear, ethical information and a supportive experience while adhering to GCP, HIPAA, and site SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outreach, pre‑screening, scheduling, and follow‑up activities in line with study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Maintain individual performance metrics such as outreach volume, qualified referrals, enrollment contribution, and documentation quality.
• Document all recruitment interactions in real time, protecting patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Escalate recruitment barriers, patient concerns, or scheduling conflicts to the appropriate team promptly.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to enrollment.

• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining compliance with GCP and HIPAA.
