Manager, Visa Consulting & Analytics Business Development

About the role

Visa is a global leader in payments technology. The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) practice helps issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs and governments solve strategic challenges through data‑driven consulting. This role leads VCA’s business development across Caribbean markets, building pipelines and delivering high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute VCA strategy for Caribbean countries, identifying and capitalising on regional opportunities.
• Build and manage a business pipeline for Visa Consulting services targeting key regional players.
• Develop frameworks, solutions and recommendations that address high‑impact client challenges.
• Produce insights and analyses that improve client performance and guide payment‑related priorities.
• Lead project management for complex, bespoke consulting engagements, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Create presentations that combine storytelling, data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with VCA peers (Implementation Services, Data Science, Practices) and other Visa functions such as marketing, sales, risk and innovation.
• Represent VCA publicly through thought‑leadership papers, conference talks and seminars.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, Masters, JD, MD, PhD).
• Experience in the payments industry or consulting services, with strong problem‑solving and strategic growth focus.
• Proven ability to manage and execute complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
