About the role

We are looking for a talented professional to join our MMB team at Marsh as a Leader of Organizational Health and Wellness Consulting. Based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, this hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design health and wellness strategies aligned with client needs, including diagnostics, situation analysis, benchmarking and strategic recommendations.
• Translate health data and organizational requirements into actionable solutions and measurable programs.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for corporate clients, presenting findings, recommendations and action plans to senior stakeholders.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts and prospects, support proposal development and drive consultative sales.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers to ensure high‑quality deliverables, managing project scope, timelines, impact and client satisfaction.
• Promote adoption of initiatives through communication and engagement strategies while staying current on health, wellness and corporate prevention trends.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in health sciences with the ability to blend technical knowledge and business insight.
• Proven ability to understand client health needs, design relevant and measurable solutions, and build technical credibility.
• Experience in leading consulting engagements and contributing to commercial growth of a practice.
