About the role

Calls Experts is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and guide prospective clients through the purchase of life or health insurance plans. This full‑cycle sales position requires you to understand client needs, present suitable options, and close deals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls transferred to you as a Sales Representative.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life or health insurance plans.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and guide prospects toward a purchase.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial conversation to final sale.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and follow required sales processes.

Required profile

• Confident sales professional comfortable closing deals over the phone.
• Previous experience in inbound, full‑cycle, or insurance sales.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Base pay ranging from $3 to $5 USD per hour, with progression based on performance.
• Performance bonuses up to $1,000 USD per month.
