Engineer I, Process

About the role

The Process Engineer I will provide technical support to manufacturing processes, participating in analysis, documentation, validation and continuous improvement activities within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Assist in process and equipment validation activities, including documentation and protocol tracking.
• Support investigation of deviations and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the area.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams on projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable internal and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• Conversational English (mandatory).
• No prior professional experience required; internships or experience in manufacturing, processes, continuous improvement or validation are a plus.
• Availability to work onsite in Haina.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and Change Control processes.
