About the role

PedidosYa is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in its Santo Domingo hub. The role combines team mentorship, inventory oversight, and order fulfillment to ensure a smooth, high‑quality service for customers and riders.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new store hires, supporting their adaptation and learning of store procedures.
• Handle complex operational tasks such as waste minimisation, supplier receipt, and inventory control.
• Assist the Store Manager or Shift Supervisor with delegated tasks to improve operational coordination.
• Perform picking and packaging of orders, ensuring timely and accurate order assembly.
• Receive, stock, and record merchandise in the inventory system while maintaining safety, hygiene, and order standards.
• Verify that received goods match purchase orders, monitor expiration dates, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Participate in inventory audits and support the order hand‑off to riders.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience as a Senior Warehouse Assistant or a similar role.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a team reference or lead.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, six days a week with one rotating day off.
