Customer Service Representative – Collections & Accounts

About the role

EXP Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its centralized Customer Service & Collections team. Working remotely from LATAM while aligning with Eastern Time business hours, you will support a portfolio of accounts, handling day‑to‑day inquiries and collections activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Assist with vendor and customer onboarding processes.
• Conduct credit checks, maintain credit limits, and apply account holds as needed.
• Process invoice adjustments and related documentation.
• Manage collections for assigned accounts following a standardized cadence and escalation procedure.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve account issues promptly.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service and collections.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio of accounts and own outcomes.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of following standardized processes.
