Client Operations Manager – Lead Generation & Legal Services

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance lead generation company focused on the legal vertical. As Client Operations Manager you will own the full client lifecycle, from contract signing through ongoing delivery of high‑quality leads for personal injury law firms across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for law‑firm clients and wholesale partners, managing all client‑facing communication.
• Drive campaign launches, turning sales paperwork into live lead delivery while ensuring all intake requirements are met.
• Own LeadDistro platform: configure campaign builds, routing logic, filters, caps, integrations and perform daily QA/QC.
• Resolve lead‑quality disputes by reconciling delivery data with client records and applying credit or replacement policies.
• Lead a small team (Account Manager and Admin Support) to maintain a high‑velocity operating cadence.
• Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for campaign status and keep SOPs up to date.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and call centers to monitor volume, pacing and quality.

Required profile

• Data‑driven operator comfortable at the intersection of client success and technical performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Experience leading small teams in a fast‑paced environment.
