About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, bilingual Call Centre Agent to join a fast‑growing AI‑native commerce company. You will be the primary point of contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, delivering seamless support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and support, documenting interactions in the internal tracking system.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve service delivery and internal processes.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
• Experience handling high‑volume call traffic.
