Bilingual Client Success Manager (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency that serves landscaping and hardscaping businesses across the United States. We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Client Success Manager to own the client relationship, guide onboarding, and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding after sales handoff and train client teams on platforms and workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, KPIs and success metrics.
• Drive branding, website builds, and marketing projects forward, reviewing deliverables before client presentation.
• Collect client feedback and translate it into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
• Manage timelines, tasks and deliverables using Asana.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate technical issues related to marketing systems and explain strategy and results to clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact in both English and Spanish, responding quickly and professionally.
• Prepare monthly branded reports, track performance, identify upsell opportunities and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Organized, tech‑savvy and confident in client‑facing situations.
• Proven experience in marketing and client relationship management (not entry‑level).
• Strong empathy balanced with accountability and ability to de‑escalate difficult conversations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana project‑management tool.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as campaigns, funnels, lead flow and website builds.
• Ability to produce clear, branded performance reports.
