职位概况
负责汽车零部件的销售订单全流程处理，协调客户与内部生产计划，确保产品准时交付并提供售后支持。
主要职责
- 审核合同、系统录入并制作发货单据。
- 对接客户与生产计划部门，协调排产进度，跟进物流状态。
- 协助销售经理维护客户档案，整理函件，统计并输出销售报表。
- 处理客户咨询与售后反馈，协调技术或质量部门解决使用问题。
- 配合行业展会筹备及商务接待，拓展潜在合作渠道。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、机械类或相关专业，形象气质佳。
- 熟悉办公软件操作，精通Excel数据处理，有制造业销售助理经验者优先。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能快速响应客户需求。
- 工作严谨细致，责任心强，能适应快节奏工作环境及短期出差。
