About the role

The Wholesale Sales Representative will manage sales within the wholesale channel, following MM LEN A&C procedures to meet sales targets, ensure proper product portfolio distribution, and maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve performance levels defined by commercial excellence KPIs.
• Identify strategic wholesale customers, analyse opportunities and propose special discounts or treatments.
• Execute commercial transactions in line with credit and collection policies, adapting to customer payment trends.
• Ensure promotional activities are carried out as defined by Trade Marketing.
• Analyse route itineraries, request adjustments to maintain efficient coverage.
• Communicate and implement Trade Marketing initiatives (launches, promotions, in‑out).
• Gather competitor activity information on assigned routes and report to superiors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar wholesale sales positions within fast‑moving consumer goods companies.
• Strong commercial aptitude with good oral and written communication.
• Numerical ability and basic analytical planning skills.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices for data capture.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
