Vacation Booking Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, customer‑focused Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients plan and book their ideal getaways. You will act as the main point of contact, researching options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every detail is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services that match client needs.
• Assist in coordinating reservations, booking details, and confirming options for accuracy.
• Provide clients with timely information, updates, and support throughout the planning process.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and liaise with service providers when additional coordination is needed.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation and follow up on outstanding items.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for helping people plan experiences.
• Comfortable researching information online and managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Proficient with email, online systems, and digital platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning is helpful but not required.
