About the role

Join DISS as a Medical Equipment Technician specializing in biomedical imaging devices. You will provide on‑site support, installation, maintenance and repair for MRI, CT, ultrasound, X‑ray and mammography systems in hospitals and clinics, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in medical imaging equipment quickly and accurately.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following safety and quality standards.
• Train end‑users on proper operation and upkeep of imaging devices.
• Document technical reports and keep service records up to date.
• Coordinate with technical teams and manufacturers to resolve complex incidents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication with medical staff.

Required profile

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service of medical imaging equipment.
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, organization and problem‑solving orientation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in hospital or clinic environments.
