About the role
As Talent Attraction Manager for EMEA, you will lead a team of Talent Attraction Partners and own the talent agenda for designated business units. You will translate business strategy into talent strategy, build future‑ready pipelines and drive inclusive, skills‑based hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing TA team across the region.
- Shape workforce and hiring strategies for your business portfolio.
- Deliver outstanding stakeholder, candidate and hiring outcomes.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement, governance, technology adoption and change.
Required profile
- Proven ability to build high‑performing teams through trust, accountability and development.
- Strong influence with senior stakeholders, using insight, courage and sound judgment.
- Capability to turn business priorities into clear talent strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Data‑driven mindset, using market intelligence to challenge assumptions.
- Champion of fair, inclusive and evidence‑based hiring practices.
