About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the comprehensive maintenance program of an industrial production plant. The role focuses on ensuring equipment availability and reliability through proactive planning, execution of preventive and corrective actions, and continuous improvement of the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant machinery and equipment.
• Implement maintenance improvements and drive reliability initiatives.
• Lead and develop a technical maintenance team, fostering autonomy and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and support plant modernization projects.
• Oversee auxiliary plant systems such as boilers, chillers, and osmosis units.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in industrial maintenance and leading technical teams.
• Hands‑on experience with automated industrial machinery and processes.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
