Supervisor De HSEQ

About the role

The HSEQ Supervisor will ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable work environment by continuously monitoring industrial operations, guaranteeing compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, and coordinating supplier and contractor management to mitigate operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, audit and control HSE measures, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, signage and emergency systems.
• Design, deliver and promote safety training programs, including life‑saving rules and specific procedures (e.g., GP‑03, GP‑05).
• Conduct risk analyses (JHA), investigate incidents, develop corrective actions and audit contractor compliance with HSE standards (GP‑14).
• Perform quality tests on packaged products, manage supplier quality certificates, and handle safety‑related purchase claims.

Required profile

• University student in the final term or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene & Safety Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial activity management (potential and related roles are valued).
• Knowledge of current occupational safety and health legislation.
