About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of receiving, storing, and dispatching products. You will ensure inventory accuracy, timely availability of stock, and compliance with operational standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Maintain efficient inventory control and guarantee timely stock availability.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics and Transportation Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
