Sommelier – Fine Dining & Wine Service

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sommelier to elevate the dining experience for our guests. You will guide patrons in wine selection, suggest perfect pairings, and ensure the wine cellar operates flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Advise guests on wine and beverage choices, providing tailored pairing recommendations.
• Maintain and supervise the storage, conservation, and inventory of the wine cellar.
• Manage wine rotation and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless gastronomic experience.
• Continuously monitor market trends and introduce new selections to enhance the portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sommelier or wine service role.
• Strong knowledge of oenology, wine regions, and pairing principles.
• Ability to manage inventory and oversee cellar operations.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work during peak service hours.
• Proficiency in English and clear, persuasive communication skills.
