About the role
The Setter/Operator position is focused on supporting production processes in a manufacturing environment. The role requires handling technical documentation, operating equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow during shift work.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and documentation.
- Operate and set up machinery according to production specifications.
- Maintain independence and responsibility while working in rotating shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Technical education or practical experience in a similar manufacturing role (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns.
- Understanding of technical documentation, especially technical drawings.
Required skills
- Basic computer operation.
- Proficiency in the Czech language.
