Session Checker (Spanish‑English)

About the role

The Session Checker ensures service session records are complete, accurate, and compliant with operational standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to review documentation and communicate with bilingual stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily service sessions and associated documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify session dates, times, provider information, and other required details.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections with staff.
• Track pending, completed, rejected, or corrected sessions and maintain verification logs.
• Escalate recurring documentation or compliance issues to supervisors.
• Assist with internal audits and quality‑control reviews.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, ABA, behavioral health, insurance, billing, or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential patient/client information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using databases.
• Familiarity with standard office productivity tools.
