Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join its multicultural, globally‑distributed development team. You will work remotely on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality user experiences for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications for mobile and desktop devices.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process, from planning to testing.
• Work independently to deliver tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Maintain code consistency and document throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end capabilities (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
