Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is looking for experienced Ruby on Rails developers to join its multicultural, globally‑distributed development team. You will work on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality, responsive applications for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with a focus on responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process, from planning to testing.
• Work independently to deliver tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Maintain code consistency and quality across the product.
• Document code and provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
• Advanced level of English.
