Senior Remote Sales Consultant – LATAM (Immigration Law)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. immigration law firm seeking a Senior Remote Sales Consultant to engage qualified inbound leads across Latin America. You will guide prospects through consultative conversations, helping them understand legal options and make informed decisions that impact their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom and phone consultations with inbound leads during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Build rapport quickly, uncover immigration goals, concerns, and motivations.
• Recommend appropriate legal services and discuss fees and payment options ranging from $3,000 to $12,000+.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up consistently until a decision is made.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and manage pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1‑C2) and located in Latin America.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative, high‑ticket, collections, retention, financial, or legal sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to U.S.‑based clients via phone or Zoom.
• Strong discovery, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
• Comfort discussing financial commitments of $3,000–$12,000+.
