Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead staffing initiatives for its global client base. This fully remote role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for open positions.
• Gather detailed job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Partner with recruiting teams to source qualified candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify talent‑farming opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing or project management.
