Senior Project Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

As a Senior Project Engineer you will support process and product development, introduction, and validation of medical devices at Baxter’s Haina facility. You will work with minimal oversight to ensure manufacturing issues are resolved and production requests are addressed, contributing directly to high‑quality healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manufacturing issues and provide production support with minimal oversight.
• Apply Project Management principles to all product and process modifications.
• Implement process or product builds, material selections, and manufacturing methods.
• Participate in development of new processes or products from concept through manufacturing introduction.
• Lead Value Improvement Projects and support the Haina plant VIP program.
• Conduct process and product validations, collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and other departments.
• Coordinate local and divisional engineering projects with limited supervision.
• Deploy processes or products from divisional or international locations to the Haina site.
• Perform standard cost revisions and quotation activities as required.
