Senior Fullstack Engineer (Next.js/AI Agents)

About the role

We are seeking a product‑focused Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a fast‑moving team building AI‑powered products that blend great user experience with applied AI. The role emphasizes UI craftsmanship, agentic workflow design, and integration of large language models, rather than heavy infrastructure work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features from polished UI to backend logic.
• Build and maintain multi‑agent AI workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrations.
• Collaborate with design to implement high‑quality, animated interfaces using Material UI and Figma specifications.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate with LLM providers such as Gemini, GPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Work with async job processing (Inngest) and Postgres‑backed data models.
• Contribute to internal tooling and back‑office workflows using Retool.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Next.js (Pages Router) and React 18.
• Proven ability to design and reason about multi‑agent AI systems.
• Solid backend experience building APIs and working with Postgres.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
