Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Telecom Platform

About the role

We are hiring two senior engineers to develop TAP 2.0, a real‑time telecommunications answering platform. The role involves full‑stack development using React.NET Core and Azure services, delivering end‑to‑end features from UI to backend and database.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement features across the React frontend.NET APIs, and SQL database layers.
• Extend and improve the real‑time call ingestion pipeline and billing engine.
• Build new product capabilities, including mobile experiences and AI‑powered features.
• Develop reporting systems and asynchronous data‑export workflows.
• Write and maintain stored procedures, TVPs, and schema migrations for a large billing database.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, managed identity, Key Vault).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Write unit and integration tests (Vitest, xUnit) with a focus on regression coverage.
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Help define technical direction as the platform expands into new domains.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core, including dependency injection and async patterns.
• Strong proficiency in React with TypeScript, hooks, state management and RTK Query.
• Solid SQL skills – T‑SQL stored procedures, query optimisation and schema design.
• Experience with Azure cloud services or willingness to learn Azure.
• Understanding of queue‑based architectures, background processing and distributed‑system patterns.
• Experience designing REST APIs and implementing JWT/OAuth2 authentication.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Comfortable owning features end‑to‑end: database → API → UI.
