Senior Finance Director – Live Entertainment

About the role

SD Concerts, a leading live‑entertainment producer in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, is seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead all financial reporting, accounting oversight, internal controls and compliance activities. You will partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information and provide strategic insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecasting process, advising business leaders on event forecasts, phasing and key assumptions.
• Optimize accounting systems, ERP tools and workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Prepare and deliver internal dashboards and analyses for senior management.
• Own the annual budgeting process and long‑range financial planning, aligning financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate financial results, operational metrics and P&L activity, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic planning, business cases and investment decisions.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making.
• Oversee cash‑flow planning and reporting, ensuring strong financial controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements.
• Leverage Oracle, Excel, BPC, Business Objects and other analytics platforms to analyze large data sets.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance team members.
