Senior Data Analytics and Finance Systems Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics and Finance Systems Lead to build the data and systems foundation that will support financial decisions across multiple countries. The role bridges finance and technology, translating finance leaders’ needs into reliable reporting and practical tools. You will lead the transition to a standardized Microsoft Dynamics environment, develop Power BI data models, strengthen master data governance, improve data quality, and automate manual workflows while collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration to a standardized Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment.
• Design and implement Power BI reporting dashboards and data models.
• Strengthen master data governance and improve overall data quality.
• Automate manual finance workflows through integrations and scripting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and local teams across the region, providing visibility to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience at the intersection of finance, data, and enterprise systems.
• Strong accounting or finance foundation.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Power BI, including data modeling and reporting architecture.
• Proven track record improving or implementing ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluent English and Spanish with the ability to lead projects and communicate with both technical and finance stakeholders.
