Senior Case Manager

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working under attorney supervision. This role involves close coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Possess expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.
• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals within established case lifecycle timelines.
• Handle insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and overall claim management from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely case progression.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Assist with case‑related activities and legal support functions under attorney supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Monitor claim status and proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling no‑fault, bodily injury, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
• Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment.
