Senior Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our market position and drive financial growth within the public, transportation and energy sectors. You will identify, develop and close business opportunities for a leading global ICT infrastructure provider.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term strategic goals for the assigned sector and build key customer relationships.
• Maintain deep insight into named accounts, map customer needs to our product portfolio and expand the local partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate sales opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Prospect new customers, deliver presentations, convert leads into clients and nurture existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, ICT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of account sales experience in the ICT hardware industry.
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent English.
• Understanding of ICT requirements in government, education, healthcare and ISP environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and channel partners.

Required skills

• Experience selling routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, security, storage and GPON solutions.
• Familiarity with major vendors such as Dell, HPE, IBM, Alanata and Aricoma.
