Sales Manager – Cardiology Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for Antilles Medical’s cardiology product portfolio across the Dominican Republic. Based in Santo Domingo, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing strategies, acquiring new business and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for cardiology devices, identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Meet with clients, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up, clinical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align initiatives, maintain accurate forecasts and stay informed on product features and clinical applications.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive continuous revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical device sales, account management and business development within healthcare.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills with healthcare institutions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish; English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Competence in sales planning, forecasting and reporting using a CRM system.
