Revenue Manager – Pre‑Opening Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the launch team of a new luxury boutique resort in the Caribbean as the Revenue Manager. You will shape the commercial strategy from day one, driving revenue, occupancy and profitability for Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue management strategy to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and total revenue.
• Analyse market trends, demand patterns, guest behavior and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage pricing, inventory and distribution channel strategies.
• Prepare accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts to support executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Finance teams to align commercial goals.
• Monitor performance indicators and present strategic recommendations to optimise profitability.
• Ensure effective use of Hyatt’s revenue management tools and systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Pre‑opening project experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Knowledge of channel management tools.
