About the role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will provide assistance to customers, ensure a positive experience, and handle sales‑related communications.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Provide product and service information to prospects.
- Process orders and keep interaction records up to date.
- Identify and attract new customers through calls and emails.
- Detect business opportunities and generate interest.
- Understand client needs and follow up promptly.
- Maintain an updated customer database.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service within the industrial or hardware sector (mandatory).
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Good communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
- Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
