Remote Customer Support Concierge (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Concierge to be the front line of the patient experience for a direct‑to‑consumer telehealth company. You will work US business hours, handling inquiries from initial contact through ongoing treatment, ensuring every customer feels supported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel inbound support via email, chat, and phone.
• Verify pharmacy orders against prescribed products and dosages.
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Follow up with inbound leads and guide them toward starting treatment.
• Maintain high‑touch, accurate support operations with measurable lead conversion and minimal order errors.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or concierge‑style service.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and support platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
• Proven track record handling inbound support across email, chat, and phone.
• Experience verifying order accuracy and coordinating with fulfillment or pharmacy partners.
• Demonstrated ownership of lead follow‑up and conversion tracking.
• Experience building or maintaining SOPs, FAQ documentation, or response templates.
• English proficiency at C1+ level (client‑facing, voice and written communication).
