Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with affluent and corporate clients within the Centro Financiero Crecer ecosystem. The role involves comprehensive financial diagnosis, advisory services, and coordination of specialized solutions with internal teams and strategic partners to enhance client financial wellbeing and generate value for the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial assessments for high‑net‑worth and business clients.
• Provide tailored financial advice and recommend appropriate banking, insurance, and investment products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional areas and strategic allies to design and deliver customized solutions.
• Manage client referrals and implement cross‑selling strategies to expand product uptake.
• Maintain and update client pipelines using CRM platforms such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Excel, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, financial advisory, banking, insurance, investments or business development.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to pension funds, insurance and financial products.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time‑management and result‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or equivalents).
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to create visual analytics and dashboards in Power BI.
