Regional Business Analytics Manager

About the role

This role supports the commercial organization and leadership with data‑driven business knowledge and insights. It helps execute the Hub/Country strategy by analysing market diagnostics using syndicated data such as retail, scantrack and panel sources. The manager also drives transformational analytics capabilities and a business intelligence roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualisations and scorecards to support commercial decision‑making.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for insights derived from retail‑level data and guide the commercial team on pricing, promotions and revenue growth initiatives.
• Lead ad‑hoc business analysis projects, advanced analytics (pricing, media effectiveness) and global pilot initiatives.
• Manage relationships with data suppliers, internal partners and cross‑functional teams to collect requirements and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting and market analysis, including 3 years using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
• Proven ability to work with multiple data sources, manage competing project deadlines and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency and a creative, curious mindset.
