Regional Brand Manager

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a Regional Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its sub‑category brands across the Greater Caribbean region. You will shape brand direction, drive growth plans, and ensure successful product launches while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Subcategory Growth Plan, setting volume, net‑sales, GTN and market‑share targets.
• Manage the regional P&L, monitor performance, and explain variances in sales and margin.
• Define the innovation pipeline, create project briefs, ensure regulatory compliance and SKU readiness.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate with Business Development Managers for local promotions and shopper initiatives.
• Partner with creative agencies to produce brand campaign assets and oversee media strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with the Division, Brand Innovation Group, Network Operations and Latam/US marketing peers; present mid‑year and budget reviews to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage regional budgets.

Required skills

• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications.
