Recruitment & Operator Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Clickqube is looking for a Recruitment & Operator Assistant to join its remote‑first team supporting back‑to‑back recruiting calls. You will spend most of your day on the phone, helping candidates and ensuring smooth operational flow for our Latin American clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a professional remote work environment with reliable computer, high‑speed internet and backup connectivity.
• Respond to internal Slack messages within minutes and stay visible during shift hours.
• Identify and communicate blockers early, report mistakes promptly, and flag timeline risks.
• Own and prioritize tasks in project tools, manage deadlines, and see assignments through to completion.
• Coordinate with teammates, ensure quality standards, and solve issues without passing them on.
• Continuously develop skills and adopt a growth mindset.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish.
• Based in Latin America and able to work remotely full‑time.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Reliable, structured, and calm under pressure.
